Who we are
Escape Explore Experience (Pvt) Ltd, trading as Excape Explore Experience, 45/7 Government Quarters Lane, Kallady, Batticaloa, Sri Lanka. We are responsible for the details you send us through this website.
What we keep
When you send a trip request, we keep what you type into the form:
- your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number
- where you're travelling from, if you tell us
- your dates, how many adults and children are travelling, and the children's ages
- your budget, interests, message, and the tour you asked about
To stop spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser and your IP address. Your IP address is used for that check and to limit how many requests can be sent; it is not saved with your request.
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Its fonts come from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when a page loads, as with most websites. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps short-lived technical logs, which can include IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure.
Why we keep it
Only to reply to you, plan and price your trip, and look after you if you travel with us. If you book, we share what's needed to arrange it (for example, names for a hotel or a driver), and nothing more. We never sell your details or use them for advertising.
How long we keep it
Up to two years after we last hear from you. After that we delete your details, or keep only figures that no longer identify you. Booking records may need to be kept longer where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Message us on WhatsApp or call +94 77 239 4241, and we'll reply within a few days.
